Our service conditions, warranties, and customer obligations

Service Agreement
By engaging our appliance repair services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our services are provided subject to availability and our technical capabilities as an authorized Whirlpool service centre.
Service Warranty
We provide a 90-day warranty on all repair services and replacement parts. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and parts failure under normal usage conditions. The warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, digital payments, and bank transfers. Diagnostic charges are waived when repair work is performed. All prices include applicable taxes.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide safe and clear access to appliances, accurate information about appliance issues, and be present during service calls. Any damage to customer property due to unsafe conditions is not our responsibility.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of the repair service provided. We are not responsible for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential damages arising from appliance failures or service delays.
